our charter

It is our policy that every new patient will undergo a full case history interview and physical examination. It is really important to us that you understand what we are doing every step of the way.

Once we have completed your initial assessment, we will tell you what we think your problem is and what we can do to help you. We will describe what the different treatment options are and explain how long your course of treatment is likely to take.

Of course, if your problem is one that we feel that we cannot help you with, we will do our best to advise you what to do.
