Psychotherapy and Integrative Counselling

Psychotherapy and Counselling

I trained at the only NHS run psychotherapy and counselling  educational centre in Kent that is accredited by the BACP, giving me a solid foundation in professional, evidence-based practice.

As a BACP-accredited integrative therapist, I draw on a variety of approaches, including psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive behavioural therapy. This flexibility allows me to tailor the therapeutic approach to your unique needs and expectations, ensuring our work together is relevant and effective.

Through my charitable work with survivors of sexual abuse and violence, I have developed the experience and sensitivity to help you navigate deep, historic, and impactful trauma—the kind that continues to affect your daily life.

My goal is to support and empower you, helping you work through complex issues that may be holding you back. Counselling can increase your self-awareness, deepen your understanding of yourself, and help you unlock your potential, enabling you to set meaningful goals and create a brighter, more fulfilling future.

I am here to walk alongside you, helping you untangle complex feelings, explore what may be holding you back, and discover your strengths. Counselling can help you gain clarity, boost self-awareness, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

I offer counselling face-to-face, online, or by telephone. Each 50-minute session is £70.00.
